The François Project and the place had changed... explore the issues of resettlement and the abandoned communities of Newfoundland's Southwest Coast. The project is the culmination of years of travel and research by artist and educator Angela Baker—years spent gathering stories and photographs from Southwest Coast residents, documenting abandoned communities with video and photography, and hiking many kilometers of the Southwest Coast shoreline communities and cliffs.
